Sir, I have been a WebsiteX5 user for a number of years. I purchased Evolution 8 (***), and have since upgraded to version 9. I have used V9 many times since. Today when I came to use V9 it is asking me for Evolution Activation and my old V8 product code is useless. Please tell me how I can make this work - I urgently need to update my website (kingedwardcentre.org.uk) Thankyou

Hello Alf,
If you click on the right top on "Profile" a cascade menu will appear. On this menu select "My Licences" and then you will be able to see you licence code of Evolution 8 and Evolution 9. Try to register the Evolution 9 with the correct Licence code and then you will be able to update your website again.
