Hi, I have lost my back-up files on my existing website on the internet. Is there a way to download it back into the website x 5 software from the internet files that we previously uploaded? Regards

Im sorry, but if you didn't make an backup, you're only choice is to start from scratch.
Use your site to copy texts and pictures and so on.
If I was you, I would open an "idea" for the X5 guys to make an update, that automaticly uploads a backup iwzip file to the webspace.
I would have done it, but now I see you got same issues as me.
