Guestbook Get The Text Area First

Hello,
I got the Guestbook working fine so far.
One thing I would like the text area to be on top of my guestbook.
Now it's under the messages, and no longer on top and easy to find:

Even with scrollbars allowed, its not easy for visitors to find the text area and to post a new message. How can I force the text area to stay on top, no matter how many messages are posted?

I'm sorry but it is not possible to change the guestbook settings with WebSite X5. Those are standard.

Ok thx, too bad, the text area should be on all times visible, or at least a link on top of the questbook like: " go to comment".
Its far from practical if there are lots of comments, that one should scrol and scrol and scrol to get to the comment box.
