You can add the code with the custom payment code in step 4  - Shopping Cart - Payment - so that if the payment is done the variable is also sent to the conversion system and you can track it.

I am afraid it does not help, because the customers do not pay online.

Our customer get this message after he processed the order:

Uw bestelling werd succesvol verzonden en wordt zo snel mogelijk verwerkt. <br/><br/>U zal een e-mail met alle gegevens ontvangen ter bevestiging.<br/><br/> Gelieve het bestelnummer te noteren om uw order op te volgen.

This line can be found in document: |10n.php

At this point we want to put the google e-commerce code. Is that possible?

The Analytics code need to have an online payment to track a completed transaction.

You can try to put the code it this point but make always a backup copy of the files you modify to have the possibilty to recover it if something should not work as expected.
