You can activate the license on the other computer without a problem, just put in your serial key on the new computer which you are installing. You can install websitex5 on up to 2 computers.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it does not work. I tried to activate the licence on another computer using the same Licence Key and e-mail address. I got Activating Error: 311 saying that the key was not valid because it was relevant to the version of the program which had been already updated. (It is my translation, probably the original English text would be different). There was no Next step in the form.

Then I tried to activate the licence once again but without any connection with the Internet. I was informed that in such case I could do manual activation. To do it I would have to log in on the site: http://my.websitex5.com/register/v9/ma/***/PLC37FA81AB7C620BDE6F0EFFF6FC60ECCF6 and ask for a key to unblock the activation.

Should I ask for the key or should I activate the program on the second computer in other way? If I ask for the key and activate the program on the second computer, will I be able to continue using the program on the first computer?

I bought the WebSite X5 Evolution 9 first and then I additionally bought the WebSite X5 Suite Pack containing the MiniSites, Ashampoo Photo Commander 10 and SendBlaster 2 Express.

I would like to add that I have not updated the program WebSite X5 Evolution 9 on the first computer yet and that the version is 9.0.0.1597. As for the Suite Pack, I have not used it yet,  I only  downloaded the files.

Can I count on any help from you?

I have just noticed that on Profile -> My licences there is the information:                            SUITE UPGRADE EVO 9 Registered on 2013-01-16 14:35:01                                                             It probably happened when I downloaded the files available as the Suite Pack. I was not aware of the consequences.

I have the following questions:

- why the upgrade causes the Activing Error: 311 and how to activate the licence on the second computer in such case?

- if it is not possible to use the program on 2 computers  in the same time after upgrading, how to come back to the situation before the upgrade?                                                               I prefer to have the program on 2 computers without the Suite Pack than to have it on 1 computer only with the Suite Pack.
