Please each time i try to activate my software it keeps saying unable to connect to activation server and that I should check my internet connect. My internet connect is ok and I have been using it for a long time now. Please what do I do

Please check if your antivirus/firewall is blocking the program from connecting to the activation server. You can also deactivate it temporarly until the activation procedure is completed or use the manual activation: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25631
