Video NOT playing in Chrome or Mozilla

I built a website using Incomedia V8 (I haven't upgraded to the newest version yet) and my issue is that one of the pages has a video. I followed ALL instructions and have tried different formats (wmv, mov, qt, rm, mpg, avi, flv {flv is not recognized by the software}) BUT the video (when in mpg) plays only in IE but NOT in Chrome or Mozilla, and if I change to other formats it won't play in any of the 3. I need the video to play in every browser; I have checked and the video is uploaded in the correct folder and the video is not corrupted. Is there anything I may need to do to the html file so that the video plays correctly? I need this ASAP, please help!

Hi, I will upload to youtube later today but I do have a couple of questions if could please help me; once I get the embed code from youtube, do I added to the html form in my FTP (where then video is) after the <div> tag or do I eliminate the entire <if IE> code and replace it with the yutube embed code? Thanks.
