Hi,

 Since installing this software , I have been unable to update it, keeps telling me the email address is incorrect and has  not been verified.. I have tried all my email addresses and have also tried re-verifying them with your email link..

 I Still have the problem and cannot update..

 Can you tell me how to sort this out?
