Cannot import or open site

Hello, i have recently started and nearly finished a Site with a trail version, just to give this program a try (very easy to use and i got the results that i wanted), the problem is that my company has just bought the full version with license which installed fine on computer. But then i wanted to open the site i started making and it will not open or import it, saying "cannot import made with an older version". The trail i used is Evolution 9 but is not exactly the same version. Can anyone help with this please, i would not like to start all my work again, Thankyou, I am english but working in France so project in French A.Brine

Have you tried to update the installed program to the latest update? You can use the function to update it in the program or download the latest installer from your profile on answers.websitex5.com in "Downloads" and then install it. After you updated it then it should be possible to open the previous project.

Hello Claudio, thanks for the reply, i have since finally got it to work. Uninstalled then went to Regedit and deleted all references that i could find with Incomedia or WebsiteX5 then installed again. All is now working fine, might be useful for others !!
