Borders and flickering

Hello, I have pages that have a combination of text, forms and pictures, however I want to see one background color. I curently see 3 boxes. How can I get rid of the border so I can see one big box with no borders. My website also flickers when navegating through all menus. It is not that bad with Google Chrome. fitandfunpt.com

You cab set your inner and outer margin of every cell to zero. This will make it like the other pages. If you want to remove the with band on the outside chenge your inner and outer margins of your content from customet template or set it to transparant.
