Gallery neither to see in preview nor in web

okay I looked in the FAQ but I found no solution... So I have to ask, why can't I see my gallery neither in the preview nor in the web??? I have the newest Firefox with Flash and it won't work 
WHY??

It works on my pc. see attachement.
Update flash and check firewall.
