X5 stopped working after only 2 weeks :((( Help me!

Hello! I have recently bought X5 compact and it was working only for 2 weeks. Now when I try to create a new project I can not go any further then Create new project and type in the name of the new project... the button NEXT that used to be at the very bottom has simply disappeared! How is it possible?? Has anyone experienced the same? The program has stopped working completely. It still opens the old projects but I cannot create any new projects. Help me please :(((

No, I never experienced the same issue. Have you tried to export your old projects to have secured copies and already tried to reinstall WebSite X5 ?
It could be frustrating but an odd problem if a button is missing. Let us know please

Thank you for your quick answer! Can you look at the picture I attached here??. I will try to reinstall the program, as the problem has not disappeared. I can not go any further in the programme , just the first side with choice of a project. ;(( I will lett you know.!

Can you please check what screen resolution has your monitor?
The program needs to have a minimum resolution of 1024*768.
