I installed boththe latest version offlash playerthat themedia playerplugn(HTM5 extension forchrome), but the preview give the same problem(see file attached).For nowI solved itby installingv10on another computerwhere the preview  works perfectly.If you havea solutionin the futurelet me know.The OS installed on this computer is Windows 7 Professional (with Chrome as predefined browser). The other computer work with OS Windows 7 Ultimate (with only Internet Explorer 9 as browser).

Please try to install chrome and then install the wmp plugin from following site in chrome:

http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95697

You need also to install Flash from following page:

http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome

If it tells you that the plugin is already present install it anyway.

Once done unzip the file in attachment and then move the Extensions folder in the installation folder of WebSite X5 in Program Files.

You need to create a folder called Extensions in the installation folder if WebSite X5 v10 and then copy the file np-mswmp.dll inside this folder.

Hello Andreas,

Please try to install also the Flash Player plugin in Chrome. I saw in your picutre that it's installed in IE but not in Chrome. On chrome it will tell you that it's already present but this is the internal. Proceed to install the one from the Adobe Website.
