Webshop, pop up product pictures doesn't work

I've created a webshop with the x5 v9 evolution. There is a problem. I have add all the product in de e-commerce but when I click on a picture in de preview the intern pop-up doesn't work.
I have searched in x5 but I can't find the solution. Please help me.

In the e-commerce object you have put inside the page, could you check if the checkbox "activate link to the image" is checked (it is the last checkbox in bottom right). Thanks

you mean this page? All the pages have this checkbox checked.

That's perfect, thanks. Now, You would have to check in Part 4 - E-commerce if for the product you do not have a link to a page (or any blank caracter inside the field : I had this one day when importing products from CSV).
Have you tried to republish too ? The showbox should work from the settings you posted.

Thanks!! I had every product linked to a page. I deleted every link and my problem is solved. :) thank you very much
