Please try to close the program completely also in the taskmanager and then go in the Installation folder of WebSite X5 v10 in program files and start the program ImUpdate.exe

If this should not help try to download the latest release of the program from you answers.websitex5.com account in the "Downloads" section and install it.

About hte turkish language unfortunately I cannot tell you when it will be available.
