How to have a buying list, not cart shopping

I have created a site for a supermarket, but we don't want to use the option cart for online shopping. We want to use it to make a buying list. How can I change the final procedures to have a print option and not payment, deliver or similar things? Other question, how to change the newsletter to show one line for each product (not two or three lines like I have now), to show the name of supermarket on the “send” and not the e-mail address.

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
The shopping cart is automatically generating the payment and it has no possibilities to print the order as buying list.
Can you please explain me better what you want to have in the newsletter?

What I need is:
after client make his buying list, when send to his email, I prefer to have one line with each product and price.
In this moment appears a box with 3 lines for each product.
