Hello,
A client wants Arial Narrow 11 in his website to be applied.
I can only get Arial 11, not Arial Narrow 11.
How can I get this font into website X5 V9 ( and 10 ) please?
Even if I copy and paste form an open office document with Arial Narrow 11 set, and choose the paste special, it does not take over the Arial Narrow 11?
Thx,
Annie

In the standard settings I found Arial Narrow.
As long as I start a blanc text object and start typing, this font actually shows up.
As soon as I copy past, the font changes to Times new roman, although the copied text is from an open office document with Arial Narrow 11 and the settings in Website x5 ar also set to Arial Narrow 11. Also frutstrating is that in the text object we cannot choose size 11? Only 10,12....
Again when paste is used, this is always setting to another font. Sometimes after retrying it about 4 to 5 times ( copy and past ) it takes over the actual Arial Narrow 11.
Can this be fixed please?
Thx,
Annie
Hello Annie,
The default font used in the Text Objects is the one defined in Style and Models. To use a commercial font on a Website you need to use the webfont Version where it's needed to buy the licence to use it online.
You will need to add the webfont in the project like it's done with the google webfonts:
http://www.google.com/fonts/
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

Hello Claudio,
Only if I set the default font ( in this case Arial Narrow 11 ) I can choose the size 11.
Arial Narrow is no commercial font so my question was not about adding a commercial font?
How do I add for example Google fonts in the project please?

Hmm, I think I got it, please confirm if its correct.
I need to choose a font, then get the code CSS and add this to the page in the project where I want to use it ( advanced settings ) or just once add this code in the advanced settings of the whole project?
Hello Annie,
Yes correctly you need to add the ccs code and load the stylesheet from google by adding in the header the code like as example:
<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Slab' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
And then in the advanced tab you add the code in:
p {
//Css code here
}
And in the HTML Tab you add the text between <p> and </p>
Many thanks!
