"The system cannot find the file specified." in Firefox

In Firefox when try to access the index.php (main page) file i get this error "The system cannot find the file specified." but when i hit the back button the the main page loads.

The issue is no longer occurring. Might have been an issue with the hosting company. But thank you for quick response.
