Unfortunately, direct conversion from v8 to v10 is not possible, therefore an 'easy' way to do this doesn't exist.

To convert from v8 to v10 you must first export from v8 into v9, then export from v9 into v10.  If you do not have a copy of v9 then Incomedia may be willing to help you with the transfer, although I cannot say for certain.

Even after the 'upgrade' process to v10, you may well find that some elements of your projects need to be adjusted or tweaked.

Depending on how many v8 sites you have, and how much time and effort you have spent on them, it may just be simpler to start afresh in v10
