Unlock Key Doesn't Unlock  en

I have purchased the upgrade version 9 on cd. I did not received an email with the unlock key. However, I did find a number in my account but it will not work. Am I the only one who finds it very frustrating trying to get answers to what should be a simple procedure?

Normally, you should be able to register your V9 with the license key that came with the disk. You will not receive an email with an unlock code.

Look for the license printed on the disk cover, and use that license number during the installation process.

Another thing, even if it's called an upgrade, V9 is a complete program by itself and it can be installed on the same PC where V8 is installed. V9 wont remove or change anything to your existing V8 software. It installs in a default different folder, and uses differentdefault folders than V8 for the saved projects.

There is no licence number printed on the disk, on the envelop or in the box. I have checked the disk content but reference to a licence number. Tried emailing the support and automatically generated entails telling me to contact the software supplier. Ability to communicate with the appropriate person unclear and and frustratingly difficult

Ok, then, set this message as private, or start a new message and set it as private (lower left corner, there's a checkbox for that).

I have Version 8, have just reformatted and the install won't take my unlock code, saying it's invalid. Have used one from my files, one from my account online here, and nothing works. I have not been given an option yet for which email to use. Please help. Ruth
