When I create an email form object and send it to my email I get no subject in the subject box. As this will eventually be coming into a large stream of emails, the subject is very important so the admin team know who to forward it to.

Hi Andrew,
Have you checked to ensure you have a valid entry in the 'Subject' field under 'Data Submission', which is located on the 'Send' tab of the Email Form Object properties in Step 3?
