WebSite X5 doesn't currently allow you to remove the reference to shipping completely...  however, there is a workaround you could use as follows:

Go to Step 4 Advanced Settings - Shopping Cart - 'Payment' tab...  in the 'Shipping type List' delete all existing shipping types.

Now click the 'Add' button on the right to create a new shipping type.  You will need to enter an appropriate name, which will imply to the customer that shipping is not relevant/not required  -  e.g. something similar to the following:

Shipping: not applicable

Once you've entered a suitable name, move to the 'Cost' tab.  Select the radio button, 'Cost related to the Order's amount'  -  then click the 'Edit' button and enter a value of 0.00 for both 'Order amount' and 'Shipping Cost'

Click 'OK' back through all the screens to save your changes.

You'll now find that any order of any value contains a fixed, uneditable field of 'Shipping: not applicable', and rated at zero cost.

It's the best we can do at the moment with the existing shopping cart.  However, if you open an 'Idea' post then the developers may consider adding a 'no shipping' option in a future release.
