E-mail form object missing

Am I missing something?
I am a new user but there is no Email form object for me to insert from the step 3 "page creation" "available opbects." All I have in there are:
- text
- image
- Flash animation
- video and audio
- gallery
- HMH and Widgets (only containing Facebook, Twitter, Google social widgets)
Am I missing something?
Help would be greatly appreciated :)

the form object is only available in the Evolution version while I see from your accout that you own the compact version.
