Failed Upload

I am trying to upload my website however it keeps getting stuck right at the end uploading a video file which I don't even remember adding to my website. So.. because I can't find the file on my website I cannot delete it from the upload. So I have to keep aborting the upload. No good. Can I get some support with this?

Try this first, and see if it resolves your problem:
1. Make a backup of your WebSite X5 project and store it in a safe place.
2. Close X5 if it is running.
3. Delete the folders named 'Preview' and 'Upload' located within your project folder. (The path to your project folder is stated on the 'Preferences' screen of WebSite X5, which is accessible from the menu on the left-hand side of the start screen when you open X5) Be sure to delete both folders and contents in their entirety.
4. Restart X5.
5. Load your project, then hold down the 'CTRL' key on your keyboard whilst entering Preview mode. Once the preview has finished loading, close the preview browser.
6. Export your entire project to your web server, selecting the option to 'Upload all files to the Internet' in Step 5.
