Hello H. Nunes,
Where you want to config the email?
Do you want to add in the project a contact form?
If yes then you can sue the email form object in step 3 where you choose the fields you want the customer has to fill and the email where you want to receive them.
Many thanks!

Hello Claudio
I have that type of configuration (see the included file) on my site but I never receive any mail on *** and the sender never receveid a email from ***.
Please check www.cspsc.org and try to send me an email, the thank you page is shown and you shoud receive a response email (I dont´t think you will).
Is not supose to have an email acount to work as a sender of the emails from the site? (I have one in mya Joomla site)
H.Nunes
I never include sender email address
Try taking the tick out of "email do rementente:" & leave field blank
Hello H. Nunes,
It could be that on your hosting server the PHP mail() function is not supported. At first I would suggest you to expot the project with the last Update again and then login in the Admin Panel http://www.cspsc.org/admin/login.php with the username and password you find in step 4 - access manamgement - in the Admin account so you will be able to test directly the email scripts to see if one of them works on the hosting server. Please try to send the email to different email account to see if it also could be that one blocks the mails from your site.
If you find a script that works, then you need to add this script in Step 4 Data Management and then export again. If none of them is working, then you need to contact you hosting space support to ask if they support the PHP mail() function on their server.
Please keep me updated.

Hello Claudio
Thanks for your reply but it still not working.
I did try the 3 scripts but nothing, anyway I did the download of each one and they are exacly the same.
I know that the hosting space support PHP mail() because i have 2 site in joomla in the same host and the mail do work, the only thing is in joomla there are a configuration page for the email where I can the type of mailservice and every components of that service.
In both cases I use SMTP mail service, with :
autentication for SMTP, SSL security, 465 port, the SMTP user, password and server ( in this case shoul be something like "***" "****" and "mail.cspsc.org"
Pleas advise.
Hello H. Nunes,
Are you sure that your host supports PHP, and that it is properly implemented on your server?
Be aware that PHP mail has nothing to do with SMTP mail. If you can send and receive email using SMTP then it does not mean that WebSite X5's mail function will work correctly. X5 uses the PHP mailer, and makes no use of SMTP protocol.
Did you ask your hosting support if the PHP mail() function was supported?
Kind regards,
Paul
