Hello. I ask for help with the WSX5 updating. Problem: after acceptance of conditions of the license agreement the setup of minute two-three connects to the server then gives out a window with a mistake 406. The opened applications at the time of installation aren't present. How to solve this problem?

Hello Sergey,

How stable is your broadband/internet connection?  Are you downloading via a proxy server?  Do you have any software/hardware firewalls in use which may be interfering with the download?  Or anti-virus software?

Some users find it easier to update by downloading the full latest release from here:

http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

Once downloaded, make sure X5 is closed, then right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as Administrator'  -  this will install the new, updated version directly over the older one, updating and replacing files as necessary.
