Cannot get the product to load up correctly 
Autor: Rob P.I bought the Incomedia website version 10 product already in March of this year. It would not load on the laptop, and I posted a message in the forum to say that this was the case, and someone called Claudio said I should send a copy of the error message to him. However, he did not give an e-mail address to send it to.
Can you please supply a valid e-mail address to which I can send details and get the problem sorted: it simply does not work and the company support to get it fixed is simply not good enough. Why is there not an e-mail address that we can write to?
The original error I got was that when installing, it gets through the install process but when the program then tries to start up it encounters an error which prevents it from starting and gives me an error message " Could not load the file or assembly CefSharp.dll or one of its dependencies - the application configuration is incorrect" and just hangs at that point.

Try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from your computer and then use following cleanup tool to remove the remaining files:

Once the program has done reinstall the .NET Framework by downloading it from following link:

Sorry, I need a bit more information - it isn't at all practical or realistic to ask me to start messing around with my computer without knowing what you are asking me to do or why.
What is the purpose of uninstalling the .NET framework and reinstalling it as you suggest?
What might be the effects of doing so on the other programmes that are on the pc?

The purpose is to remove all possible corrupted files and then reinstall the framework again so it will work correctly. For the other programs there will be no effect after the framework has been reinstalled. It will not influence any program and problably some will get the benefits from having a clean installation of the framework, if it's used also by these programs.
