Problems receiving emails for orders from my online shop

I have an online shop which has been running well for years.
The last online order I received to my email address associated with my shop was on 31 Oct.
On 2 Nov and again on 3 Nov I received payment confirmation from PayPal for orders which I did not receive.
I used a different email address to place a test order.
That email address received the order receipt email, but the email address for my online shop did not receive the order.
I am using Evolution 10.
Website is www.wholesale.madebyearth.com.au
The email address associated with the shop is a web based email client aat mail.com.

I have tried re-uploading the entire website with no change.
Emails are not going into my spam folder.
Hello Martin,
Try to update the program to the latest release and then exportthe complete project again to check if you receive the orders. Try to check also if changing email adress where you receive the orders solves the issue.
If on another email it works then it depends on your email service which is blocking them.
Please keep me updated.

They came through today - 3 days late.
They were dated as having been sent on the 2nd Nov.
This is good as it means that I don't have any other missing orders from people who didn't use PayPal to make payment and are sitting around wondering why i haven't contacted them about their order.
Given that they came through, I'm assuming that it must have been a glitch with my web based mail client?

When I placed the order on www.wholesale.madebyearth.com.au, the order took a while to come through to the email address associated with that website, but the receipt came through instantly to ***
Curiously, when I tested out my other website, www.kocrystals.com.au, the order came through instantly to the email address associated with that website, but took a couple of days for the receipt to come through to ***
Seems weird that with one website the receipt came through instantly and then with the other, it was delayed...

If they came through then it depends on the mail server on your hosting account which is used to send the emails. Probably they had some issues and all the emails were delayed. You can contact them to ask if they can check the log files to see why these were delayed.
