Every time I start Evo 9 I have to re-register then the programme goes into a loop asking me to register over and over again. And yes the password is correct and the licence key is correct. I run windows 7.

Uninstall the program and then go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
Once done download again the installer fro WebSite X5 from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Downloads" and then install it and unlock it again.
After it has been reinstalled check please if the next time you start it you need to register it again.
