Resizing text cells when browser window is resized

I am trying to figure out if Website X5 Evolution V10 has the capability (as do many web sites) of resizing a text cell, especially its width, as you resize the browser window. Your cells and all your page contents seem to have fixed size. I can't find a way to do this.
Maybe if it is not part of the existing table cell properties, it could be implemented somehow in user-supplied HTML. If so, can you point me to a specific solution? I am an HTML and Website X5 beginner.

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
The pages have all a fixed width and these will not resize if you resize the browser.
