I am having this problem with both email forms and blog comments; however, it was working and now it's not.  CTRL + F5 didn't help.  Any other suggestions? Also, the email form works from my admin test page, but isn't working from the website itself.  I was trying to get that to work, reloaded the website files to my server, and that's when the Captcha problem started.
