Problems With Product 'options' Selection

Hi,
I have a problem with v8 shopping cart. I have many products with several options. When an option is chosen via the drop down box, the option shows in the shopping cart as the first option in the list, rather than the option chosen.
It didn't work in the internal test browser & it doesn't work live.
Any suggestions for fixing this??

where exactly did you add the options? In which step? Could you please kindly add a screenshot and point out where the problem is?

Hi Samantha,
Under advanced settings/shopping cart, I created my product categories, then populated the product list. Under the 'options' tab in 'enter products' I added the product options.
I have separate web pages for each category, and in the 'product list' for each item I have set to 'show only selected products'.
As you can see in the screen shot, there is a selection arrow for products which have more than 1 option. It is when the option is selected via this arrow, that the problem occurs. Most of the time, when you go to the shopping cart, it is listing the first option in the list, not the chosen option.

Hi Jenni,
That problem occurs in v8 when you're using more "Product List" objects in the same page. You should use just one "Product List" object for each page.
