Not Functioning Part Of Advertising Message

I have a PC (win7 Proof) now and the Websitex5 Evolution 9. I can´t do the advertising message. I worked previously on the PC (HP win7) with the Websitex5 Evolution 8 and everything worked there. I tried different templates and nothing. Where can I make a mistake ? Do you know anyone answer?

Everything is O.K.. I don´t use on my pc the IE browser I use the Chrome browser and the SRWare Iron browser. I had not installed any add-ons in the IE browser.

the preview of WebSite X5 use an old engine of Internet Explorer. If you have other problems ask here. Have you solved?
