Browser tab title wrong

I recently launched my new website (X5 V10, IE 11, Google search engine) but while the URL in the address bar is correct, the title in the page tab is still the working title I started out with ('sisu fiction1'), even though I changed the project name when I launched it ('Margaret Sisu Fiction') Even the backup copy on my hard drive has the correct updated name. How can I fix this? It looks sloppy. I attached a screen capture to show issue.

Please check in general settings (page 1) website title and website description. I think you need to correct it there as well.
offcource after correcting upload and press ctrl-F5 in your browser to see the changes on internet.

Hello, changing the title in General Settings was the first thing I did before attempting to reload the new site design. It's still stuck with the old working title. I attached a capture to show. You can even see the correct "Margaret Sisu Fiction" title in the capture. The changes just don't appear online, where it's stuck at 'sisu fiction1'.
