Yes that is possible! Make new folders in youre server and upload a website in a folder and do that with the other website also in a new folder.

You can make the maps in the folder public_html.

the best way to do that is to create subdomain inside your host. for each website you need to create a seperate subdomain, after finish creating subdomain, your host automaticlly will create a folder for each subdomain, then upload your website inside each subdomain folder, and create a link inside your main website.

for example if your main domain is www.mysite.com, then create your subdomain like project1.mysite.com, project2.mysite.com, etc then upload your projects inside each folder and your good to go.

login to your host cpanel and click on subdomain accounts, and create them over there.
