The file sitemap.xml, produces an error (when i add video at sitemap)

Hello.
Housed on my website video content, I began to add at site map. All the necessary cells filled. And when i uploading site in internet, the file sitemap.xml, produces an error (see add files) to edit it, I can not imagine how. Сode is displayed in the encoding Baltic 1252. Why?
Already on my site 26 videos and I plan to add another large quantity, and therefore it is advisable for me, that my video indexed. What to do? I attach two screenshots (error, and the code itself). Thank you very much.

It seems the sitemap.xml file has not been exported correctly probably because of a transfer error. Please try to export the complete project again online.
If the issue remains try to export the project to disk and then upload manually with an ftp client like filezilla the sitemap.xml file online.
The file is encoded using UTF-8 and probably because the file is not complete the encoding is not correctly recognized.
Please keep me updated.
