Found a solution to the missing spell checker -- download "tiny spell check"  -- it is totally free and works great in the Website editor.  You can even add your own words.  Check it out -- where there is a will there is a way.  Maybe Website x5 will one day integrate a spell checker but until then give this a try -- it is working for me and not strings attached --  http://tinyspell.numerit.com/
