Activation Error: 302  en

I had WebSite X5 Home, that I bought via aShampoo service a while.

Today I bought X5 Evo. While activating the program I get Error 302...

I am 100% sure I entered the right mail adress. I use this mail always for programs I buy.

What seems to be a problem?

Maybe the server has problems (probably by the super offer ... :)  ) So try again later or.... Try this post and the link it, maybe it helps.

I tried to register using the link myself but it still did not work. I can get into my account where I registered version 9 but got the same error that way too.

Will try again next week after all today is the last day of the offer.

Otherwise I might as well uninstall it and ask for my money back.

There must be something wrong somewhere this can happen in every company.

Let's just wait, the offer is great and your product code and licence will work. Just be patience. I'm sure Incomedia will respond monday.

If others users have same issues place it here and wait for responce.

Trust me it will be fixed !!

Habe ebenfalls versucht, die Lizenz für X5 Ev 10 einzugeben und habe die Antwort: Activation Error 302 / "Der angegebene Lizenzschlüssel ist mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse verbunden".

Die benutzten Email-Adressen des Softwarekaufs bei Cleverbridge/INCOMEDIA und die Adresse meines Accounts hier und die Angabe in der Registrierung sind identisch!!!!

Lediglich die "Kaufinformation" von INCOMDIA kam über eine andere Emmailadresse, was meines Erachtens nicht von Bedeutung ist.

Die hier empfohlene "manuelle" Aktivierung hat genau denselben Fehler ( "Der angegebene Lizenzschlüssel ist mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse verbunden" ) angezeigt, obwohl bei der Eingabe hier überhaupt nicht nach einer Mail-Adresse gefragt wurde!!

All posts related to error 302 have been created today. The promotion is valid from 3 days. Previously, no one had this error. Today is Saturday. Weekend. Day off from work. It seems to me that Incomedia must process the new license information in the database on Monday, so it should all work. It's just my opinion.

It's a pity Incomedia do not allow a trial period before activation is required, then I could have got some work done while I wait.

I've had the same error 302. I bought the Pro version on Saturday and when I try to install the software, an error is showed. I'm sure I've put the right e-mail. I'll wait until Monday too. Let's see!

Same problems as everyone else. email address error downloading etc. etc. I agre with the wait till Monday. Where is in the world is Incomedia based so I can judge when their Monday is ;-).

I've tried to reinstall WebSite X5 Evolution 9 bought a couple of years ago but still get the same problem.

What do you mean by "we will send a new order confirmation email to every user that has encountered this kind of error". Apparently anybody who purchased during a certain time frame over the weekend did get this error :

Activation Error: 302
ATTENTION! The licence key entered is associated to another e-mail address.

So why not just send it to everybody who purchased the product during that timeframe.

I´ve got a new licence number/key from cleverbridge directly, too, but nothing helps again.
What to do with it?
I´ve tried more ways from http://answers.websitex5.com/ and I´m not successful. :-/

First it doesn´t work again, but if I turned off all antivirus and firewall programms for a while, I was able to do registration process. Program works now.
I wasn´t able to imagine, that this is/was that cause.
Maybe other users have the same problems. ;-)

Well, surprise surprise! A whole working day gone by and NO SOLUTION!  Not even an updated status report. I expect you have all gone home for the evening. What you should really be doing, and i hope you are, is to find a solution now for all your disatisified customers as soon as possible!

I am really unsatisified with this service, and will unfortunately cancell my payment tomorrow if i do not recieve a working activation key by tomorrow midday.

I am very disappointed!!

Just recieved the new key, went through the 1st process, and all was fine, BUT did have to reset password as it advised it was incorrect, which it wasn't. Once password was reset it then accepted it and now working - Thanks

As of 9/1/2014 still did not recieve the key for the purchased product on 8/30/2014,I did   receive an e-mail the problem will be fixed as soon as possible, but without a date when it will be fixed, feel robed...I paid the money but can not use the product, hope this is not a scam.
