Activation says email is associated with another product error 302  en

i have just purchaed the software but I cannot activate my licence as receive the error 302 message?

All posts related to error 302 have been created today. The promotion is valid from 3 days. Previously, no one had this error. Today is Saturday. Weekend. Day off from work. It seems to me that Incomedia must process the new license information in the database on Monday, so it should all work. It's just my opinion.

I have been using Website X5 Evolution 10, on 29th Aug 2014 i bought the professional version but i am unable to activate with the key provided.   

Kindly resolve.

I also have the same issue on Sunday 31/08/2014 trying to validate the Professional edition.
