When an email form is filled by a visitor, I get multiple messages from the server.

A user sent us a registration using an email form on this page:
http://www.karazwlaimoon.com/summary-of-coming-book-club-sessions.html
I received 4 different messages (spaced 25 minutes apart).
Why is that?

OK, but there was no problem and so far, no repeat. Let us forget it.
Another problem: the form has multiple choice. When a visitor selects 2 choices, the text of the two choices comes in one line.
Is it possible to ensure that the texts are separated by a paragraph mark?

Hello Akram,
No these cannot be separated since they are in the same field. The only option is to add for every choice a different field.
