Just wanted to know when you create a form and you set the email address the form needs to go to, can you set a BCC to another email address?

Yes you can... just follow the instructions in the help file:
http://help.websitex5.com/en/v11/evo/index.html?ins_form.htm
Look under 'Commands in the Send section' - you'll see that you can separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon.

Hello Matt,
The same email is sent to all email adresses you add but there is no bss option in it.
