I would like to ask if someone with administrative rights can manage and update the website online, that he/she will built using without using the latest version of Website X5.

Hi, you can't update website online, you can do this only using Website X5. Version Pro has Dynamic Content feature so that others can update them, as for the CMS, working directly online.
