I can access a locked page by typing the url even if i'm not already logged in (Yes I used the button "Disconnect").
Locked page : http://tester.e3w.biz/cours.html
To access locked page normaly u should click "Cliquez ici" on the top of this page : http://tester.e3w.biz/espace-etudiants.html
Login : Etude
Password : 2

The user had uploaded the pages once unlocked.
just look at the html extension. That can never be a protected page.
Look at the site
http://tester.e3w.biz/cours.php
Delete your HTML files and make a new upload.
