Can`t open my project file

My project was save not correct and I can`t open it now. "This project is used or was closed incorrectly .Do you want to continue?" I push "continue" and then "Error loading project". How can I open it?

No. It`s another problem. In previous post problem was solved. But now I see my project but can`t open. How can I restoring from backup?
