That's very strange, please try the following:
delete all the folders you have now on your computer in the following file path C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia\. Make sure you do not have any Incomedia programs then download your free version from the following page http://www.websitex5.com/en/free-website-builder.html and follow the instructions.
What version of Windows do you have on your computer?
If you do not manage, please describe exactly what you did and eventually add screenshots if you receive error messages.
