inside the widget on internet file field put http://www.yourdomain.com/files/yourdoc.pdf

then add a html any where (in any page), then go to expert tab, at the buttom choose add, then add your pdf file and leave the path as it is (files) then hit the ok botton, thats it. when you upload your website, the pdf file will be uploaded to the files directory inside your host.

remember "www.yourdomain.com" you should replace it with your domain address and "yourdoc" is should be replaced with your actual file name.
