Don't worry! If you're working with the Professional version, go to the Map Creation window and select the unfinished pages and click on the Under Construction Page button. Now you can publish your website without worrying.
Pages that you mark as Under Construction will be displayed when you work on the project and look at previews, but they aren't displayed online and they will not appear in the navigation menu.
