Do you mean you want visitors of your site to download pictures ?
Or do you mean where to find the free pictures from x5 to use them in your projects?
These can be found in x5 where you use pictures use the small arrow next to the the picture icon, then select image from online library

You can use the link function in the text object and then you select the image which can be downloaded and then you upload it.
Tihs will generate the link in the object to download the image.

Hello Stanislav Mostik,
If you want to display a font onb the website which is not installed on the computer use the webfont version of it and add it in the preferences when you start the program.
In this way it will be visible on every computer.
