What guestpage do you refer? Can you please write on which page it is?

The guestbook object is not present in the Compact Edition but only in the Evolution and Professional Edition.

If you visit my homepage you will see my index.html. But if I add the special guestside skowing a foto for valual seconds, I have chosen 5 seconds, this guestside is the index.html and turns over to the page that was the index.html before. This page has been home.html.

The gustpage opens, foto is shon but after 5 seconds the guestpage restarts again and again. The foult is that the guestpage after 5 seconds NOT links to the home.html page 

What can I do about this? I have removed the guestpage now and the home.html has svitched the name to index.html...

It's NOT the guestbook.

Hello Norbert,

It seems to be a sort of redirect form home.html to index.html which is causing your issue.

Did you add any custom html code in the home.html page or you used any function on the hosting psace to redirect from home.html to index.html?

Hello again,

First I have totell you that this "guestpage" is a Welcome page which i shown during 5 seconds. I have chosen till time. The Welcome page is the index.html page and should link to my start page called home.html. But it does not. If i remove the Welcome page by unchecking it in the Advaced section my start pages name automaticly will change to from home.html to undex.html. If you open my homepage you see that my start page is called index.html.

Hello Norbert,

When you remove the welcome page try to press CTRL while you open the preview and once done then export the complete project again online. It seems the index page is not updated correctly and with CTRL+ Preview the page is created completely and this should solve the issue.
