Email layout is incorrect (html-like) 
Автор: Carlo L.I have an email contact form on my website: http://www.luijtenduidelijk.nl/contact.html . However if a user sends me an email, it used to appear quite nicely (text appearing nicely in a box on a grey background, just according to default settings).
However since several months, the mails that are sent to my website look strange, there is no graphic layout whatsoever anymore, and messages appear just like html-like text, for example as given in the attachment.
I haven't changed anything in my website, except for that I went through several version upgrades over the last year. Looking back in older mails, in June 2014 it was still Ok but after summer the messages changed their looks (this also holds for the confirmation message sent to myself). I apologize for not knowing exactly with which version it may have correlated; I now have the latest update of v11.

. . . but your webspace uses PHP 5.* and CHARSET UTF-8 ? From ver 11 on it is necessary to have it . . .

I really don't know, I'm not a programmer myself, that's why I chose for Website X5 as a kind of "WYSIWYG" solution... Can you explain what PHP 5.* and CHARSET UTF-8 are, and if I need those, how to get/install it?? Sorry, I am not an expert at all in these things..

Try a lower value of your email script, set this in step 4 gegevensbeheer / datamanagement.
Upload your site again, refresh with F5 and try if the mail works correct.
